This is dependent on current workloads. Usual lead times for manufacturing is 3-4 weeks. Installation lead times are given at the time of order confirmation. Commercial windows and doors lead times are usually around a 5-6 week period.

Flyscreens are usually included with all of our windows except Bi-Fold windows/door and Gas Strut Windows. However, flyscreens ARE optional and can be excluded if you do not require them. Keyed locks comes as a standard to most of our windows and doors except for Bi-Fold Windows and Gas Strut windows.

Yes, we provide installation for all windows and doors. We come out and do a required site inspection, check/measure, manufacture the windows and doors and then install them. Depending on your wall types, we also supply and fit internal and external finishings e.g. timber architraves and/or trim angles. You can find out more on our Services page.

Yes! Hi-Point Windows provide double-glazed windows and doors, where we can fabricate, deliver and, if required, install them as well. Find out more on our Services page.

Yes, all of our products are manufactured locally in our Cardiff workshop/showroom with quality and expert workmanship. Hi-Point Windows are custom-based fabricators, meaning we ARE NOT bound to any standard sizes. We are 100% Australian owned and manufactured with over 30 years experience!

No. Our installers are well trained and equipped with a checklist to check over all products and materials before taking out the original window/door. One criteria is to check that the new windows/doors will actually fit in the opening prior to removing the old ones.
